Your Team
Heritage Shores, a 55+ resort-style community in Bridgeville, DE, is looking for an enthusiastic full-time Community Representative to join our team. The position will share the vision and story of our exceptional active adult new home community to customers visiting the Welcome Center.
Your Key Deliverables
Understand and support the execution of community brand at all touch points—the Welcome Center, at model homes, at amenities and throughout the community.
Greet and effectively register visitors and Discovery Program Stay & Play guests
Conduct community tours
Coordinate appointments and conduct customer follow-up
Coordinate with Customer Service, Clubhouse personnel, and vendors regarding Stay & Play Program and cottages.
Enter customer information into Salesforce
Guide the Welcome Center and Stay & Play Discovery Program guest experience in person to ensure the consumers’ wants and needs are met
Coordinate with sales personnel to gather important customer information and maintain valuable relationships.
Open, maintain and close the Welcome Center according to procedure.
Perform administrative functions such as preparing emails, and managing mail and assisting the Sales and Marketing team.
Place supply orders and maintaining an inventory of supplies and gifts.
Assist and participate in on and offsite community events, grand openings, and other special promotions as needed. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:; helping with vendor organization, ordering and preparing give-away items, overseeing guest registration, taking photographs, cleanup, etc.
Must Haves
Position is full-time (40 hours a week).
Required to work three days during the week and weekends
Warm and welcoming, good energy level, and excellent customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, organized, self-motivated detail oriented person with the ability to easily multi-task.
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet-based applications, and CRM experience helpful, as is the ability to learn new software.
High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years customer service or customer facing experience and ability to develop strong client relationships
Nice to Haves
Real estate experience is a plus, though licensed candidates actively practicing will not be considered
Sales and Marketing experience is a plus
College degree
