Position Overview

The Account Associate manages the implementation of programs originating out of the Strategic Partnerships department. This person will partner closely with assigned sales team members in the management of programs generated by the sales team, coordinate and manage the communication of programs to the mall teams, keep assigned sales reps aware of their status, and work on special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage programs for Sales Division including, communicate to malls, assemble contracts, act as a liaison between mall, client and salesperson, create event recaps and track income and contract to program completion. Where necessary, work with support staff to accomplish this.

  • Frequently and consistently communicate program details and status (confirmed, cancelled, postponed) to malls, SP support staff and Accounting (when necessary)

  • Attend meetings between client and salesperson, when requested and necessary

  • Manage Strategic Partnerships site content/information on the Inside website, including regular updates of the SP Internal website

  • May be called upon to assist management with creation of team templates, simple presentations, internal revenue and status reporting, program tracking and update of mall information database, when necessary

  • Coordinate program implementation event status with support staff (receipt of payment, contract status, etc.)

  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in marketing, advertising, management, or general business

  • Minimum 1 year general business/program management experience

  • 2 years of project/program management, marketing and/or advertising expertise preferred

  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database (Access), Adobe Acrobat, internet research

  • Strong time management skills

  • Organizational skills with strong attention to details

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Strong communication skills written and oral

  • Ability to be flexible and work within a tight deadlines
