Position Overview
We're seeking a marketing coordinator to support our growing logistics business. This position helps our firm achieve strategic marketing priorities, including increasing brand awareness, elevating property marketing, optimizing communications, and supporting ESG initiatives. This role requires an entrepreneurial, customer-service-focused attitude. It offers well-rounded exposure with opportunities to gain experience in marketing, business development, and commercial real estate. It is based in Dallas, TX, and reports to the VP, Marketing and Branding, Logistics.
Responsibilities
Assist with developing messaging for new business initiatives
Ensure all communications, presentations, and collateral enhance the Brookfield Properties brand and are consistent with the brand guidelines
Support internal and external email communication through managing databases, segmentation, writing copy, and organizing creative assets. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance.
Organize and schedule social media content
Digital asset management
Ensure overview presentations are updated quarterly
Support marketing productivity tool implementation
Broker and conference event planning and support
Competitive research
Ad hoc duties
Skills
Ability to work effectively as a team and independently.
Ability to collaborate and present ideas and learnings
Resourceful with solid Internet research skills
Strong understanding of the social media landscape and cloud-based tools
Excellent writing skills in a variety of styles, including persuasive, informative, content, and copywriting
Familiarity with marketing databases and the ability to easily navigate multiple platforms and applications
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong preference for proficiency in Canva and Adobe InDesign
Qualifications
Bachelor's or higher degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant fields
Experience researching, writing, and producing business proposals and presentations
Email marketing, public relations, social media, database management, and event coordination experience preferred
Candidate will be asked to submit a writing sample as part of the interview process.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Type: Non-exempt
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
